Count - The number of leucocytes per microlitre of blood is called total leucocytecount (TLC). A normal adult human consists of 5,000–10,000/mm3 of blood. Rise in WBCs count is called leucocytosis. Increased TLC shows that there is acute bacterial infection.
More advanced and developed than the prokaryotic cell, eukaryotic cells are those which have true or membrane-bound nucleus along with other nucleus bound cell organelles.

Ciliated Specialized Epithelium
This tissue is composed of long, elongated columnar epithelial cells. Each cell bears numerous cilia at the free surface, i.e. known as brush border.
The surface of our body and internal organs is subjected to wear, tear and injury. To protect the inner tissues, the outer lining of the body and organs is covered by a specialized group of cells called epithelium.
Epithelial tissues can contain a single layer of cells (Simple Epithelium) or many layers(Stratified Epithelium).
